After five years of fighting his firing in court, a former Piedmont College Piedmont University has been found to bviolated a former tenured professor’s contract when the school fired him five years ago.
The summary judgment, handed down last week by Northern Judicial Circuit Court Judge Mark Owens
Martha Cantrell, Sandra Borrow and Doc Sisk were appointed to the Special Committee Hearing on May 24, 2018.
No Title IX investigation was ever completed into any such complaint.
Piedmont did not testify truthfully during the Special Committee Hearing. School found he had violated Title IX without due process and before his Special Committee Hearing was even held.
Because Wainberg was not given adequate notice of the grounds for his dismissal or the charges against him, the court found Piedmont breached his employment contract.
